Privacy-first statement: Mood & Energy Tracker does not collect, transmit, sell, or store your personal mood, energy, note, journal, or usage data on JARO servers.

2. What Information the Application Collects

The Application does not require registration and does not collect personal information from users during normal use.

Any mood entries, energy levels, tags, notes, journal records, preferences, or reminder settings you create in the Application are intended to remain locally on your device. JARO does not receive, access, or store this information on its servers.

If your device connects to external services such as Google Play, the operating system or app marketplace may process technical information according to their own policies. JARO does not control those third-party platform processes.

3. Location Information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

4. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal data, JARO does not share app user data with third parties.

JARO does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

5. Data Retention

JARO does not retain user mood entries, energy levels, notes, tags, journal records, analytics, or other personal app data on JARO servers because this data is not collected by JARO.

Any information saved inside the Application is stored locally on the user’s device only. The length of time such local information remains available depends on the user’s device, operating system, backups, and app management settings.

If you voluntarily contact JARO by email or another external communication method, we may retain that communication only for as long as necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Data Deletion

Since JARO does not collect or store personal app data on its servers, there is no server-side mood, energy, note, journal, or analytics data for JARO to delete.

You can delete local Application data directly from your device by removing entries inside the Application where available, clearing app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.

If you have contacted JARO directly and want a copy of your voluntary communication deleted, contact us at support@jaro.ink. We will review and process your request where required by applicable law.

7. Opt-Out Rights

Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, you can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it from your device.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. JARO does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

If you believe a child has voluntarily provided personal information to JARO outside the Application, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

9. Security

Because JARO does not collect or store personal app data, the risk of exposure of such data from JARO systems is minimized. However, no digital environment is completely risk-free.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices, device backups, and operating system accounts.

10. Data Breach Notification

Since JARO does not collect or store personal app data on its servers, the risk of a server-side breach involving app user data is minimal. If a breach affects any information you voluntarily provided to JARO outside the Application, JARO will take appropriate steps as required by applicable law.
